Great template. I love how it loads up quickly. Right now I have it all set up in my test blog before switching over to it for my opera blog. Is there any way to add a searchbox into the theme itself without using a widget? It’s the only thing I’ll miss a lot from the Aspire template.
Thanks for your encouraging comment, I appreciated this very much.
You would need to do customization in the ‘Edit HTML’ page, which is under the ‘Layout’ tab. It requires some HTML knowledge and normally I would download a template with search feature installed, then copy the search feature’s code, paste into the template I’m working and optimize it to look better.
Yup, they’re helpful. Currently getting the hang of placing the DIV container with coordinates on my test blog.
Another thing I wanted to ask was if you made a facebook button/icon that could match the current selection of buttons (the reddit, rss, twitter ones below each post) that come with this template.
Love the template. I’m having problems getting the date to show up in the denim colored tab in the top corner of each blog post. Could you tell me how to get this to work? Thanks!
Nice to meet you, nice to hear that you love the template.
Sure, I’m sorry that I forgot to put the tutorial inside the file. You can download the template file again and refer to the ‘Read Me’ text file provided in the downloaded file to get the date show up in the tab, all the best!
Sorry for the late response, it is possible to place the Facebook icon that could match the current selection of buttons.
I thought the button is provided free around the icon website, you can search for Facebook one (usually they come in 1 pack) and integrate it into the selection.
Thank you for the beautiful template
! Kudos to you all. Have a great week.
