Wow. You have very beautiful templates that you have converted or created. I like the template that themecraft uses too. Haha. If only there is a blogger version to the template :P

    Thank you for nice comments!

  7. Riikka says:

    Hi!

I just downloaded this really good looking template and took it in use. However, for some reason there is only time not the date after “Posted on”. Do you have any ideas what might be the reason for that?

  8. Riikka says:

    Hi!

I was able to correct that problem by myself. I just added the dateheader to code. Of course, easier solutuion is to select the Settings-Formatting-Timestamp Format, but unfortunately Blogger does not offer an alternative like DD:MM:YYYY HH:MM (24 h) and I want to have both date and time. This MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM am/pm format is not used in my country and it just causes confusion with certain dates, e.g. 5/12/09 12/5/09

  9. Cloud says:

    Hi Riikka,

Thanks for your very detailed comment and info, glad that you corrected problem youself, bravo and congratulations! :D

May I know your country? Simply curious to learn more :)

  10. Riikka says:

I thought someone else might be wondering the same thing.

I live in Finland (Northern Europe). :D

  11. Cloud says:

    Hi Riikka,

Yes do think so, in fact many users ask about it, time to write an FAQ. ;)

Thanks for indicating your country, glad that I recognized a Finland people! :D

  12. YL says:

    Hello,

This is an awesome theme but I am having a little bit of trouble with the line height displayed on my page. On the test pages, the line height is fine. But on my blog however, it is a bit cramped. I’ve tried changing the line-height on the html template but it’s not working.

    What is wrong?

  13. Cloud says:

    Hi YL,

    Hello, nice to meet you.

Can I have your blog address so that I can check your issue further? Thank you. ;)

  14. YL says:

    It’s peekaboozie.blogspot.com. :) Thanks.

  15. Cloud says:

    Hi YL,

Thanks for your address, I have visited the blog and it’s nice, both content and code. ;)

Did you try to change the line-height under the code, ‘entry p’? I also need to confirm that you did not perform any customization for this template, didn’t you?

I’m looking forward to your reply, thank you.

  16. YL says:

    Hey,

    Thanks. :)

Yeah, I already tried changing the line height by that way but unfortunately it didn’t work. :( I actually did do some minor customizations. But I’ve saved that version and now am using the default template downloaded from the site. And the lines are still a bit cramped together. I’ve tried adjusting the lineheight for the default template too but it’s not working.

Thank you for looking into my issue. And Happy New Year btw! :D

  17. nahuel says:

Hi there. I can´t get the date right in spanish. Any hint?

  18. Cloud says:

    Hi Nahuel,

You can try to configure the ‘Timestamp format’, or the second time settings, which is the fourth settings under the ‘Formatting’ tab. ;)

  19. nahuel says:

I tried many options… but I don´t have the MM-DD-YY, I only have “/” and “.” as separators. May that be the problem? Thanks!

  20. Cloud says:

    Hi YL,

Sincerely thanks for your further reply. I have checked the template again and it’s working properly.

You can try to download and unzip the template file again, access into ‘Layout’ and under the ‘Edit HTML’ tab, click on the ‘Revert widget templates to default’ then upload the downloaded template. After that, change the line height to see if it’s working or not.

Hope this helps, all the best. ;)

  21. YL says:

Hey, I tried the method you told me too but it didn’t work. :( But thank you for checking and replying anyways. :)

The only way I’ve found to make it work the way I want it to is to add an extra line-height element in the posts themselves. So if you find a better way do let me know yea! And thank you for all your help so far. :)

  22. Cloud says:

    Hi YL,

I’m sorry that it doesn’t work, but glad that you found a solution to increase the line-height. :)

Sure, I would let you know if we figured out a better way, thanks for using our Blogger template. ;)

  23. Madison says:

Adding AdSense to the right side bar seems to not work. When I put the AdSense gadget it seems like everything is going ok but when you view the page it is not there. However you can see a slight discoloration where the add should be and also the little wrench icon is there so you can edit the gadget. Any ideas?

  24. Cloud says:

    Hi Madison,

I see, the Adsense ads usually needs 10 or more minutes to appear on the blog, did the ads exist now? Hope to hear more from you. :)

  25. heather says:

I’m having trouble with the timestamp, like YL, can someone tell me how/where to input that option in the code? Thank you!

  26. Cloud says:

    Hi Heather,

Sure, can I have your blog address to understand more about your issue? Thank you. :)

  27. Mette says:

    Hi,

just wanted to say thank you for a cool theme.

  28. Cloud says:

Sure Mette, sincerely thanks for this very kind comment. :)

    Hello,

I have been using Black Rock theme from past few months and it looks just great.
But I have an issue with the Date stamp. I have referred to the similar queries above, but it did not solve my problem. Please have a look at my blog and let me know how can I print Date on which the post was published at the top of the post beside the Time stamp printed..?

    Thanks in advance..
    Anantha

  30. Cloud says:

    Hi Anantha,

Nice to meet you, glad to hear that you feel this Black Rock template looks great. :)

I’m sorry that the template currently do not support other date format except Timestamp format, but I can update the template to support the DateHeader format in next scheduled update.

    Thanks for your understanding. :)

  31. Anantha says:

    Hello Cloud,

Thanks for the reply, but this suggestion did not solve my problem.
Though I choose both Date and Time stamps, I am not able to see the Date stamp in my blog. Is it the theme I am using, blocking or overriding the Date stamp settings..?

    Regards,
    Anantha

  32. Cloud says:

Thanks Anantha for further reply, I can see your blog’s Timestamp is working properly without any code override or interruption.

You can access into your blog’s dashboard and click on the ‘Settings’, then click on the ‘Formatting’ tab and change the ‘Timestamp Format’ (not DateHeader format) to show both date and time in every blog post.

    Again, hope this helps. ;)
